Story published in Voluted Tales Magazine

As I told my writing group, miracles abound; I had another short story accepted. This one "C-Monsters" is now up at Voluted Tales Magazine. "C-Monsters" is a story I wrote for a prompt from my writing group. The prompt was sea monsters, but my mind immediately went to sea monkeys. So what's the story about? Well, a mother gets her son what she thinks are sea monkeys, but parents, or anyone really, should never buy novelty gifts from Lovecraft, Inc, at least not for the people they love. It's a fun little story, reminiscent of Goosebumps. It's $2 to read the issue at Voluted Tales Magazine's website.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm Kelvin and I come from Hong Kong. I'm studying translation in Community College of City University. Now, I"m working on my final year project. We have to find an article without a Chinese translation. We were interested in your brilliant story "Scary Mary" so we are asking for your permission to translate your story.

Thanks,
Kelvin

Hi Kelvin,

Someone has already contacted me with the same request from Community College of City University (CCCU). Her name is Cherry. I gave her (group?) permission. Can more than 1 person/group translate Scary Mary? Send me an email sahunter(at)sahunter.net if you still want to work on it.

Thanks,
S.A. Hunter

Hi S.A. Hunter,
It's ok if someone was faster than us. We will find another story. But anyway, thanks for your reply.

Thanks,
Kelvin
